Poor Delivery

The jars are great, would buy again...But the delivery was terrible, They where not delivered to our door as we live out in the country and they where dropped off in Tenterfield and we where not informed. The owner of the servo where they where dropped finally rang us only this week...Not happy Jan...

Thank you so much for your feedback. It is very valuable to us. In the main we find TNT's service to be very satisfactory, but occasionally there are hiccups beyond our control. However their overall performance, in our experience sending product all over Australia, has been very satisfactory. Sometimes customers who live in a location 'off the beaten track' find it works better to arrange delivery to an address at a larger centre, or to pick up from the nearest TNT depot. This saves delays.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, so next time you are ordering from us, please indicate if you prefer some other arrangement of carrier or delivery point, and we will do our best to arrange it to your satisfaction.

Great Preserving Jars

All the jars were packed well and there were no broken jars. The jars sealed well and did not break even when we boiled them to lock in the freshness of our produce. Quick delivery service. Will definitely buy again.

Prompt delivery of an excellent product

All the jars were intact and packaged really well to protect from breakage. The lids all sealed well. An excellent product and very quick service which means if you are in the middle of preserving your next batch will not take too long to arrive so you can continue with your preserving.
